  • would dearly like to see ron paul audit all these large banks

  • @rltur2 many of us didnt want nafta either...but trade with canada is more equitable than trade with mexico..

our problems with our economy have more to do with bad government policy than anything else. socialism is very unAmerican and the majority of us dont want it. we also dont want extreme enviromental laws either. i am all for taking care of the planet but i see no reason to go to the extremes that some on the far left want.

  • I understand that Canada and the USA are not one, but with the FTA and NAFTA, etc. the lines have become blurred....and the effects trickle down. Majority of Canadians did not want it implemented, another example of the collusion and abuse of our governments actions. We are only here to support the fact that something needs to be done. I do not have all of the answers, we are all kept in the dark, there is no transparency in either of our gov'ts. The people need to stand up as a round table...

  • @usaf317 I totally respect and support the men and women in the military. When you say its not like anyone was ripped off in having to fund your education - you are correct, BUT everyone including you has been ripped off by the actions of many big government officials and banksters for personal profit!!! I understand your views on not wanting to fork out more of your hard earned money towards social programs of any kind, you need to realize though that not everyone protesting even wants that....

  • @rltur2 i have put my life on the line for 17 years for my country..so its not like anyone was ripped off in having to help fund my education. i am not willing to pay one dime to socialize college or healthcare. i know canada is part of north America but it is not part of the United States of America. you have no say with regard to the inner workings of our country. if you dont want corporations from America doing business in canada then inact laws to stop them..but leave America to its citizens

  • @mancheromanchero why the hell occupy toronto? Canada is sooooo far more better than America!

  • @usaf317 yes if you are able bodied(even able minded) you SHOULD be able to make a living. Agreed!!! I did not say/nor imply that you should give up MOST of your income, etc. to fund others education and healthcare - YOUR education was funded by TAXPAYERS- healthcare implies that one may not be able bodied??? What has happened in the USA has affected not only you, but all the world!!! By the way, Canada is in North America, which is a continent not a country. Blame the collusion, not the people

  • @rltur2 i am not rooting for inequality. if you are an able bodied person in America you should be able to make a living. i was not born into a rich family but i have done well. i didnt attend ivey league school...i had to join the miliatry to fund my education. i have not worked hard all my life to give up most of my income and property to fund someone elses education or healthcare.

i see your in canada....leave this debate to Americans...its our country.

  • SOON TEH STATES THEN TEH WORLD, THEN OCCUPY THE GALAXY!

  • @rltur2 Arguing against the merits of capitalism with the brightest of the bright is like being Mike Tyson in his prime and fighting an 56lb eight year old girl.
