This movie is my favorite Romeo and Juliet Parody. Mickey and Jessica's love is probably the most beautiful relationship I've ever seen in a movie.

I was with my parents on holiday in Germany when I got a first glimps of the film. It was playing on a tv in a shop that we visited. Altough I couldn´t understand a thing of what they were saying, I was immediatly interessted. It was the scene where Jessica was taking away to the underwater castle and Mickey jumped into the cariage. A few months later I stumbled upon the movie here in Belgium while it was playing on Hallmark. I recognized Mickey & Jessica immediatly. Ever since I love the film!!

you know I'm not a fan of this movie, it makes me cringe. But I really wish someone would make a really good irish folklore movie that peolpe of all ages can enjoy. wishful thinking maybe.
