  • @codsavage95 if you eat celory or other NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS THAT HELPS ALOT.

  • @codsavage95 well if u dont eat enough ur body's metabolism goes down,therefore u dont burn as much calories and lose those inches,so just eat a little more

  • ok im a high school wrestler and we literally do hundreds of these a week and i barley eat anything just enough to survive and i cant seem to lose inches off my stomach

  • We did this as crossfit training in the airforce, but with a less specific and more pushy set up: do as may as you can in 15 minutes! Needless to say, I was far from ache free the next day.

  • By the way you wont lose an inch of fat off your stomach doing these exercises unless you simultaneously improve your nutrition. In fact, this claim to lose an inch would be more believable if this was a chef standing in a kitchen going over what you should and shouldn't eat.
