  • Cool!...raspy 78 sound the way it's meant to be heard...thanks!!!

  • @easyfriend71

Your so right. The sound of 78s is unique

  • good old johnny with that paper in his strings ,and the bass man working it over, sounds like a horse walking

  • I would like to say to all of those who do not know or have not experienced: the sound of a 78 is unique, it is not simply about the speed, but the physical sensation (auditory) of that dynamic spectrum which only a 78 rpm shellac spun through a good sounding player can create. That sound is only mockingly reproduced through media such as YouTube and CDs. In person, it is an incredible feeling. Peace to LynchburgSourMash.

  • I love this song!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have no clue about records but I liked you writing about it.lol

  • Nice!!!!

  • no, it's a 78. 78's are larger and they play at a faster speed.

  • Wow I never realised Johnny Cash recorded on 78rpm. Surely there were already 45rpm by then? I think even stereo recordings existed from 1955?
