this is one of those games where the controller vibration comes in use when you check a patient controller vibrates to the sound of their heart but the one who took the poison mushroom has a different vibration then the rest the trick is to listen cause the vibration changes and gets similar to the other three but it the difference is still there

@collado1981 That's cause you're not looking for a deference in the characters, you're looking for a difference in their heartbeats, which may also be hard for you to spot in this video as I'm very fast at finding it.
