A short NH90 preview.
The NH90 is a medium sized, twin-engine, multi-role military, fly-by-wire helicopter manufactured by NHIndustries, a company established by Agusta, Eurocopter and Stork Fokker Aerospace. The NH90, which can be flown by a single pilot, is designed to operate by night and day and in poor weather. It has been ordered by several nations and is expected to enter service from 2007.

firstly: thats suchh bull#*... They're not going to buy new helicopters... they already bought them.. the NH90! The only reason why the mi8s are still in servise is that the delivery of the nh90s
wont be ready until 2014(at the earliest).
secondly: I dont know about selling the Mi8s...who knows? but who wants to buy
30 years old helicopters in poor condition?...I think theyre gonna scrap them.
and thirdly: lol! where the hell do you hear these things from?

No, but...
The FDF did consider leasing UH-60s when the NH90 delivers were being held... No need for them now.
The final fate of the MI-8s is still open for speculation...?
