He is SO complacent.Guys if you want to get laid, just dont act like a dick, have a nice body with harmony (not necesarilly six-pack) be nice to girls,and respond to them as they respond to you.They ignore you, you ignore them, they are nice to you,you are nice to them.Nothing complex.Workout in order to condition your self and become a better person,not in order to impress, because in the end, NOBODY gives a F@#k!!

I tried doing the twisty ab thingy on the ground and that alone was hard.

you dont get six pack abs from only doing these exercises man lol. we all have abs but are covered by a layer of fat. cardio is key. bu too much cardio will end like you....a little bit of muscle but skinny. waaack!!!

To be honest, I don't workout to run onto a beach in slow motion thinking I'm a god for attention, I do it to feel great about myself and I'm competitive so I like to be the best no matter what. Ohh and saying that girls judge a man on his abs is rubbish, are you gonna date a girl because she has a nice ass? You've gotta like her personality too.

how many times a week do you work your abs?

@MrVENICEBEACH ofcourse you can do it everyday, but then take about 10/15 minutes a day, that should be enough;
do you think you can change your body in one week by going crazy and working out hardcore for 115 hours in 1 week?

Yes, in one week you can make significant progress, but you would be possibly causing more damage than good & if injured, you'll get 0 workouts in. Building muscle & burning fat comes down to science. Two important factors:
