Ruff 'n' Tumble Remake - Level 4-1 game play clip

Game play clip from Level 4-1 showing the latest sprite and tiles graphics I've just completed. Please note the background graphics and music will be changed before final release. I've also locked the video to 25fps so that YouTube doesnt make the player invisible at certain times of the game play.

Also yes, I have turned collision off if you hadn't noticed ;)

Quick question. Are you going to be using the original, remixed or entirely new music for final release?

(also are you keepeing the colision detection off for spikes in the last boss room like it was in the original?)

@CFkimahri The final release will have entirely new music but will be more rock based so I've been told.

Also the final room will have the collision detection enabled for the last room. Kinda makes it too easy otherwise ;) Plus there will be a few other changes/fixes to the original in the remake.

it looks clearer than the original, better graphics, thats a good thing, i see you've changed the original enemies, they look different, i guess thats ok, its your vision of the game ! would it be somewhere for us to buy or download ?! i would love to play it one more time, this time in new edition :)

@CFkimahri Im in the middle of redoing the soundtrack again, im on level 2 now and level 1's music is now alot closer to the originals and im going to be sticking a little closer to them.. Slowly but surely things are coming together. This one will definitely be worth the wait.

Good point: You've fixed the flamethrower weapon, as in the original it didn't appear beyond the first world, dropped in favour of the red laser (which was pointless). I like this, as the flamethrower was my 2nd favourite weapon, besides the rocket launcher.

Iffy: When you blew up multiple enemies in the original, it stopped at the extra life power-up. The next power-up left by a baddie would be a coin again, not an extra life- you can't have 3ups like in the vid, it'd be too easy otherwise!

the game looks great.....I like the graphics and the music..I need to go back to programming.....lol
