Good video, cheers there are so many video recipes out there that are crap nice to see the green peppers, onions and tomatoes in this. To make the base Gravy see the video from Dipuraja1 he does fantastic base gravy.

Lol, your one noisey bugger, get a wooden spoon ;) no serious, cheers for this ill be trying it tomorrow, looks delicious. I have been doing the Restuarant curry secrets book but was looking for something different.
Could you explain the point onion changes to the bitter taste you refer to, im struggling with that bit. Thanks.

To avoid bitter flavours ZenithDave, you need to avoid overcooking onion and particularly garlic. If you fry them until slightly coloured they will be fine. Another common cause of bitter flavours is where you have made a paste or gravy from onion / garlic / ginger and UNDERcooked it. It can take hours of gentle cooking to make them taste sweet.
