I used to play this Irish tune with my lyre. However, I thought it would be more beautiful played by kantele.

  • This is absolutely gorgeous on the kantele. Thank you.

  • @TheMadlyGoesBonkers Thank you! I like kantele's trasnparent sound.

  • I could just sit down and keep listening to this tune over and over again, for hours, for days, for weeks.. Thanks for sharing this one! :-D

  • Thank you so much for your special attention.

  • @haihattelenpahanvaan Wasn't this song played at the end of the TV sitcom ' Home IOmprovement ', Season 1, Episode 3???

  • Your collection of Medieval and Renaissance musics are very beautiful :D

  • An instrument I've rarely heard, just once or twice. This performance is even more interesting. Thank you and congratulations!

  • I'm glad you liked it.

I played it with a kantele, Finnish music instrument. It has clearer sound than a lyre and rich in ressonance.

  • Splendid, and unusual. I've never heard this piece played with a lyre. Great.

    Thank you!

  • Hi, it is often played by harpists in G major. I changed it to C major for my lyre.

You can try on your lyre, too:-)
