i was in Big Sur when lightning struck on June 21; had the pleasure of martial law W/ Monterey County, contaminated water & the worst summer of my life! while the rich folks went to visit their other homes elsewhere, many {broke locals} wondered & watched Disaster Management at its privatized finest, and a hypocrit Governor what a freakin' sorry mess; Paradise turned into Hell!

@PhantomAct Unlikely. That would just blow flaming debris into the air, and spread more of those burning ambers that were causing the fires to jump rivers.

@PhantomAct That woulden't exactly help. It is impossible to starve a wildfire of it's oxygen out in the open like that. Forests are NOT controllable environments. The best they can do is use water, and specially formulated fire exinguishers to contain the fires. Extinguishing wildfires is often a very gradual process.

to believe God made these fires, be my guest. I just get annoyed at people who blame these kind of things on homosexuals, blacks, asians or anyone else.
I believe blaming people based on colour, sexual preferences or anything else for that matter does make you a piece of shit, indeed. :)
