The New Storm Team 10

An image spot I made in 2007 to promote the New Storm Team 10: Jeff Haniewich, Patrick McKee, Ros Runner and Johanna Calfee. It was a fun spot to put together and one of the first I put together. It was the first in what was going to be a series of spots... but it didn't go over very well with corporate. I still think this was a good promo.

@999manman Basically corporate didn't care for it because it looked like we weren't taking our new WX team seriously. After all the controversy that was stirred up by the situations with Jamey and Marc, they wanted to convey a more serious team and felt like we were too fluffy with our promotion. I felt it conveyed a more "hometown, talk over coffee" feel to it which I thought resinated better with the people of the Roanoke Valley. Corporate disagreed and the spot was quickly pulled off air.

Great promo , though....why didn't corporate like it???
