My new client Jennifer doing lateral slides. This routine is great for the glutes, hamstrings, cardio, coordination, and thighs, especially the inner thighs. The lower you go the more stress on your hips, glutes, and thighs. It is also a great core exercise. Great job of sliding by Jennifer!
Her fat ass might as well get some type of skates, and roll those rolls off. Same exact concept and movement.
