No, this tune Angel isn't from the movie. The soundtrack's song is Wish Me a Rainbow sung by Willie (Mary Badham) as sister's Alva (Natalie Wood) in This Property is Condemned 1966.

I uploaded this video as a tribute to the incomparable and lovely Natalie Wood as Cliff Richard sings in the song Angel ....with those angel eyes..... recorded in New York, August 1964.
