But I also know for a fact that the show was never the same after MacArthur Fom's death; most of the actors were depressed - Ene Oloja (Funmi) and Franca Brown (Mama Nosa) in particular were affected the most. And most viewers missed him, so they stopped watching the show.
@jemmabond Behind the Clouds was not stopped after Nosa's death; it died naturally. Before Nosa died in real life, his father in Behind The Cloud; Mr. Okonzua, was missing. After Nosa's death, they somehow fit the tragedy into the script and when Mr. Okonzua came back they told him Nosa had died in his absence. The Soap went on for a while before it ended.
Speaking of Akpan, a friend of mine used to work with him in the late 90's in the Trocadero in London; they were both security guards. I saw a short drama titled "family legacy" on Nollywood a few days ago and he was in it. Still looking good and a fantastic actor.
