@bondwr No I mean you can land on land and takeoff on land. Not with the landing gear down on water landing. No that's not good.

@3624nathan Well, that's not really true. You could try and land in the water with the wheels down, only they would probably ripped off of the aircraft if you tried it or be severely damaged. The amount of force from those wheels digging into the water would have some serious consequences.
