This film was shot using a friends consumer camera. Sony CX100. It can shoot slowmo. You can only shoot 3 seconds total if you want the slowmo effect. We did not shoot any more than 3 seconds for any shot in this video. It was a great experiment.

wow thats amazing you guys did a very good job making it look like 24p quick question how did you make it look bright and sharp everytime i try the slow mo it gets dark and blurry

Yes, the quality goes down when you use slowmo. i used final cut to color correct every shot. Punched up the contrast and color using FCP's 3 way color corrector. I'm sure most apps have something similar.
