Talking about Prom

Hi, my name is Charisse and I have Cerebral Palsy. This is a video of me talking about prom. I went to the Bob Jones High School 2011 Prom and had a blast! Days before prom I was pulled out of class to join the special needs students to learn how to dance and learn tips for prom. That was super fun! The school had news reporters there during this so I got my picture in an article. My date, Scott, and I were planning to go to Connors for dinner but it was raining so we went with the group of special needs students which turned out to be really fun! Our group took pictures at a hotel and then went to dinner. There was a lot of yummy food! After dinner it was time for prom. When I entered the prom I got tons of hugs from a lot of people! My legs and feet hurt from dancing so much. I had a blast dancing and watching the other special needs students dance. I'm hoping to go again next year. It was a night to remember!
