It's completely natural and quite typical for most ADHD boys to start wetting the bed well after potty training is done, all 4 of our boys still wet the bed ages 3-9, we use Goodnights, Underjams or whatever store brand, it keeps them snug and dry for the night.
Our 7 year old Garret wears pullups 24/7, he has both a day and a night time wetting issue that we're still working with him on, but bed wetting is not atypical for hyperactive boys at this age, so goes life!
