You need to look directly at the spiral centre for at least one minute - your visual brain receives the moving image so many times that it "expects" this to continue so when you look down at your hand (or a page of text) after one minute or longer your skin (or the text) seems to move - works for loads of people, like having an alien thing trying to erupt from under the skin! Enjoy!
