@Thedickknows Great story friend. That is one of those life experiences you hold on to for the rest of your life. Something you share with grand kids while you're playing Pearl jam records for them and explaining why this band is absolutely legendary.

I saw him live by himself in 2008, touring off of the Into the Wild soundtrack. He opened up the floor to questions. The first question: "what are the lyrics to Yellow Ledbetter?" He responds "After all these years, you guys don't still believe that there's lyrics to this song?" But then he followed up by explaining the entire song, and believe me when I say that was the only 10 minutes where the audience was dead silent.

I saw them in early 92 at the Bilnd Pig Inj Ann Arber Michiganj. And got them all to sign my CD cover. And spent a half our with Eddie. So generous he kicked two girls out to talk to me! And I still have the CD cover signed by all of them!
