People Behaving Badly-Van Pool Abuse Part 1

Caught on tape and confronted by KRON 4 news. a city hall employee parking for free for by using a van pool placard while the city loses millions every year in unfed meters. van pool riders are supposed to take other people to work in exchange for parking for free. but over the three days we followed her, that's not what we saw. We confront her and the city with our findings.
