Did you guys read the original Shade mini that came out back in the 90's while Starman was still running? That mini gives a much better insight into who The Shade actually is, and I think maybe the reason you're not connecting to the character in the current series is because it makes the assumption that readers have read that original mini as well. If you're a bit "meh" about tracking that old mini down, or the lure of the upcoming artists isn't enough to keep you around, I say drop it.

@MicCheque1 I agree as well that since the vampires are in the same universe as the super-heroes that the heroes should appear, thats one of the things that has me interested in the book how can vampire who usually are higher up on the food chain fill about playing second fiddle to the metahumans lol

Fine to drop Shade--not very interested. And I think of your show as focused on the core new 52...great enough that you're following through and reviewing all of those.
