  • wth, do they manufacture su-30 at hal, i thought it was russian.Sorry if sound ignorrant

  • We manufacture weapons, regardless of its origin. Technology transfer is a must, if you want sell weapons to India. The Indian defense procurement policy of 2008 mandates an offset clause under which 30 percent of all defense deals of over INR3 billion (US$60 million) have to be reinvested in the country.

    1. In an event of war, we don't have to run around to get additional supplies.

    2. No need to look around for spare parts.

    3. India also manufactures T90s.

we got the license to manufacture

  • is it true Kash that porkis getting Drones from USA? i just heard it in starnews!

  • Pakistanis have their own program for drones. Initially, the drones could be just for surveillance but later on it might be fitted with weapons, once drones become very common with all the countries !! India has three drone programs going on. It would carry weapons in the future. Sensors need to be developed for bombing missions. Work is going on !!
