Cover of Neil Young at SUNY Purchase, Oct 19 2006...from the balcony obviously, so the view is poor, but the sound quality is pretty nice.

  • I agree Jean--sublime--especially any harmony on this tune

wish I had close up of this with full song

  • me too, my camera at that point in time didn't take long videos, my apologies!

  • I am really out of the loop when it comes to videoing a concert live. I was just wondering the sound is pretty good did you record this with a cell phone or a regular video camera ? thanks I am just curious.

  • this was recorded with a canon powershot digital camera. they are pretty good with sound unless you are in a loud, crowded venue close to the speakers. even then i sometimes manage to get OK sound out of it. my current powershot is a SD600, but this might have been from the previous one i had which was SD100 - i don't quite remember.

  • Why does she feel the need to change the lyrics from "I felt like getting high" to "I felt like I could cry"--- shame, shame, shame for messing with the original.

  • This is poorly recorded

  • This finishes way too soon...Long may they run.

  • so special. what a fine song. thanx

  • Love this song! They put a diffent twist to the song. They did a really good job!

  • that may be,

    but Neil sings:

There was a band playing in my head

And I felt like getting high.

whereas she sings " felt like i could cry".

but i don't really mind, its still beautiful.

  • What a nut I can be. I have a Cannon Powershot 560 and have taken thousands of photos in my work but have never even considered using it as a video cam and I am sure it has that feature.

  • neil young himself sings twenty-first century when playing this song live nowadays.
