Hi, the result is beautiful! I have a quicker and more accurate tip for you. you can stick those adhesive circles used to repair the holes of the sheets of paper for the copybook with rings ( I'm sorry I'm Italian and I don't know their English name, I hope you understand) on your lunula and then you apply the red polish on the rest of your nail. You have to wait for the polish to dry and then you pull off the circles. It's very easy! Bye!

I remember it from the 50's. It was often done with clear pink polish.
Yours looks really nice in this light red and suits your nails.
PlasmaSpeedo (Youtube) has shown a really neat way to get a smooth half moon.

@turtlefromthenorth - Really? I hadn't seen/heard that. But my sister says she remembers my mom doing hers like this and that would have been in the 70's.
