Ive been a fan for years and it just makes me mad that theres all these phony fans.

I recently went to a Cobra concert and it just wasnt the same when half of the crowd didnt know the words to any of the songs from while the city sleeps we rule the streets.

i completely agree with you,

of course all new fans ARE welcome and appreciated!

but i think alot of us die-hard fans don't always enjoy sharing cobra starship with people who are just along for the ride and forget about cobra after a while when we know the songs and lyrics by heart and know each band member like old friends :]

but if you are a fairly new fan and you really are becoming a "cobra" then awesome but really try to learn more before putting yourself out there.

@CoverGirl3520 Actually they used to. Several songs on Viva La Cobra had similar themes and if you watch videos from While The City Sleeps era there's a lot of getting drunk and having sex with giant stuffed animals (although it was just Patrick in the bunny suit). XD So yes, totally normal. Plus remember where Gabe was coming from-Midtown had a few songs with similar dark themes.

@CoverGirl3520 Wellll I don't know about that, actually. Some of their songs are somewhat similar to this, like "Prostitution is the World's Oldest Profession (And I, Dear Madame, am a Professional)", and "Damn You Look Good And I'm Drunk (Scandalous)" :3 They are a crazy band, indeed.

And really if you listen to the song more I think what the song is about will be revealed.. xD

So, what's this song about exactly? Like obviously I understand the lyrics, but why did he write this song... it's really creepy. I love cobra starship but they don't really write stuff like this usually.
