I made a New UPDATED video about the projects of Cairo Airport.

Cairo Airport is improving fast with several new projects .
Cairo Airport Projects:

-New Terminal 3.
-New Parking Garage.
-Re-development of Terminal 2.
-Le Meredien Business Hotel at Terminal 3.
-New Airport road.
-4th Airbus A380 suitable Runway.
-New ATC Tower.
-Automated People Mover connecting Terminal 1, Air Mall, Parking garage and Terminal 2 & 3.
-A new Metro line connection between Cairo City and Cairo Airport.
-New Cairo Cargo City, 2 new Cargo Terminals.

niceeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! terminal 2 is shit and its going to be bigger:D awsome, im going to fly back to sweden after 2 weeks on lufthansa , so i will be able to take some screenshots of terminal 3 and more!! i see the new atc from my home , its almost finished !!!, ah this will be the best airport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanna work there as an engineer in the future !! :D thanks for uploading and the information, you can visit cairo airport site , there are somenews and videos there

Yes it's nice to see that Cairo airport is getting better and better...But their service sucks I hope that they are going to improve that too. When renovation works at Terminal 2 are completed in 2013 it would be just as nice as Terminal 3. Working as an engineer? nice! Thanks for your comment! ;)

As much as Sydney Airport isnt that great what i like about it is the fact that you can sit with family and friends after checking in your bags, unlike Cairo Airport when you want to check in you have already said goodbye and cant go back out. :(

There is no lounge area to sit with family friends if you get their early. hence why its so crowded outside because there is nowhere to sit with family & friends who wanna chat a bit before flying out.
