Don't worry about deciding if Bob was more about weed or God. Why can't we just listen to and enjoy this song? Bob smoked a lot of marijuana and was a zealous worshiper. What does it really matter if he did both? Is it not possible to smoke weed and still believe in a higher power? Choose your own path of spirituality, but it is not right to criticize someone who smokes by assuming that they are heathen-scum

@hunterthomas56 Most people aren't focusing on the drug. It's sad too think that everybody is so full of themselves and their "almighty understanding of the world around them." Awesome song. I really wish you people concentrated less on weed and more on GOD. You make it look like BOB was more about marijuana than GOD which is not true.

@coquiux333 Actually more or less that same answer was used by United States Congressman Steve Cohen when the head of the FBI tried to hype up the gateway theory. As the FBI director basically says, "if you talk to most parents whose kids have died from hard drug overdoses they will tell you that they started smoking weed." The Senator then shot back, "Yes and they probably also started with milk and then went to beer, then bourbon and then maybe they smoked marijuana after that" peace&respect
