How about an inquiry into the truth of this "photo op" excuse? If it was a photo op where are the pics? Where was the photographer? In the fighter jet? Something about this story, combined with the swine flu, doesn't ring true.

Actually there are countermeasures on the plane that could identify you if you were to do so. It is a very well protected aircraft.

I called this the other day....a minimum cost of $100k based upon the fuel cost of the VC-25A aka the Air Force's 747 presidential plane. AF1 when O is aboard.
A better question now is what was the total cost in lost manpower hours and productivity hours when all the people were out in the streets after evacuating the towers. I'm sure that is a higher dollar figure.

$300,000 eh? that's a pretty expensive photo. You could've probably paid for the complete vocational training of 50 or 60 americans with that.
