A person who has no empathy, who doesn't care if another human being lives or dies, stops being human. That is the definition of sociopath and psychopath. Without divine intervention, there is little hope. If these people act on their beliefs it is the responsibility of the law to keep them away from folk trying to be decent people. I think they start cruelty on animals, weaker children and then the rest of us. Bullies should be restrained.
