America is very racist towards africans. even if you come legally, they will delay giving u papers, so they prevent u from working and getting a job as an african. it took my friend 5 years to get a residency and get work, and she was legal from the start, and came with a visa and first class plane ticket! immigration officers r very racist towards the africans, especially the filipinos and asians.

@GGLebo23 Depends on which country. Botswana for instance has a great deal of their foreign students returning home, because of the general optimism, growth, stability and general atmosphere there. However many countries do suffer greatly from poor governance, corruption, violence and inefficiency, making well-educated Africans less keen on returning home. In the end I think many Africans feel that they face too many issues in their native lands alone, and do not know in which end to start.

There is a guy from Senegal who works in a store in my town, he's a really nice man! I find that if they aren't ghetto, most Africans and sometimes African Americans are very nice and intelligent

If you don't like how Americans treat Africans there is a very simple solution... stay in Africa... DUH! I don't care if they have first class tickets or not... we should slam the doors on immigration from ALL African states and especially if they are mUSLIM nations. Stop importing them and their customs... we DO NOT want them here.
