What exactly did the guy say that is technically untrue? The Constitution is fairly clear on freedom of religion. More than one article has stated that terrorist organizations are using this controversy as a recruiting tool and the people who protesting the construction of the Muslim cultural center are doing so on no rational basis. Yes the man in the video is coarse but he isn't wrong.
