Being used to something is not the same thing as liking it. Whether or not he's use to it doesn't change the fact that he doesn't like it. Again, think of having allergies and living on a field of flowers. You'd get used to be sneezing all day long but you wouldn't like it one bit.
This is simple and it boggles my mind how many stupid people don't know the difference between being used to something and liking something.

So I was just watching the original Star Wars and I realized something. Darth Vader was a very hands on (no pun intended [since he has robot hands]) leader. When he captured Leia's Blockade Runner, he went in right after the Stormtroopers. When he invaded Hoth, he went into the Rebel Base. During the Clone Wars he fought in many many battles.
