Well it was controversial in advance of it's actual release if for no other reason than that CBS normally refuses Superbowl advocacy ads, but made an exception for this one. To be fair to them, I think that was more because of Tebow being a Superbowl big cheese. There was also a bit of controversy about the fact that story Tebow's mother tells is probably false seeing as how the Phillipines would have sent that doctor to prison for years for doing abortions at that time.
