With flashy video and loud music, Chrysler unveiled one of the most important new cars of this year's Detroit Auto Show: the 2013 Dodge Dart compact sedan, its first all-new car developed jointly with Fiat. The 2013 Dart replaces the uncompetitive Caliber hatchback, and will compete with the Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Hyundai Elantra, Ford Focus, and Chevrolet Cruze. It is priced starting at $15,995 and will be available at Dodge dealers this fall.

  • Hopefully the R/T will sell well enough to convince Ford to bring the Focus RS to the states.

  • Anyone who knows what the original Dodge Dart looks like knows it's not like the original but it looks pretty damn good!

  • @MrUpgraydde already confirmed for 2013 that the focus rs is coming to the us

  • what a fuckin joke, dodge darts are muscle cars with a 318 340 360 440 ect now a fuckin 4 banger

  • who wants to hear all the fucking music, i want to hear the engine

  • @TitanSubZero15:Back to the Future II car body styling..How about that? Style a car so that your first impression is..WOW!! How can I get my hands on that car?!! Not..Oh dear..More of the same..

  • Looks lame

  • looks like a new hyundai elantra raped a new honda civic and gave birth to that.....i have mixed feelings..

  • @davisgreen2020 Define futuristic. The Asians are doing a poor ass job and VW hasn't impressed me yet.

  • @The18Jake I couldn't disagree more. I'm not a dodge fan but since Fiat, Dodge has made huge improvements, in both style and quality, perceived quality at least. Also the Dart, even in 1970, was available as a 4door.

  • Sadly not very futuristic..A car for 2013?? :-/

  • one day we'll look back at this and laugh
