T'was the morning of Quintmas, and all through the world,
The fanse celebrated the birth of these girls,
Pictures on forums were posted with care,
In hopes that the twins would see they were there,

The Quintwinists were gathered for this blessed ordeal,
With dreams of congregation and some "Clever Meals,"
In regards to Tegan, don't expect her to "Speak Slow,"
Sara's the master of the metaphor, and it truly shows,

Sara without Emy and Tegan with Lindsey,
Who would've known this would cause such a frenzy,
We got "So Jealous" 'cause Tegan is taken,
When "Semy" broke up, we were all quite shaken,

Today we shall place the presents under "Our Trees,"
And wait for their new album, which will fill us with glee,
Periods of their career are maked by Sara Kiersten Quin
When she gets a new haircut, a new era will begin,

In 30 years the Quin Twins have come so far,
We don't care what she says, Tegan should play "Superstar,"
She says she hates this song, but we think it's all a show,
When she complains about playing, we sigh; "I Know, I Know, I Know,"

We've "drawn them a floorplan, of our head and heart,"
From "Under Feet Like Ours" and "This Business of Art,"
We wondered "Where the Good Goes" and we've "Walked With a Ghost,"
These are the twins that we love the most,

Don't shout at "Little Sa-Sa" when she's rambling on and on,
If you throw clothes at them, Tegan will surely put them on,
Shiny gold shorts, and 90s headbands,
All of this because she is devoted to her fans,

"On Directing," now "Northshore," then "Freedom," and "Nineteen,"
"Underwater," "Not Tonight," "Welcome Home," "More for Me,"
Their songs are all amazing, there is no dispute,
Sara always gets in fights, and it's all 'cause she's cute,

Don't forget Johnny, or Shaun and Ted,
Remember the day Shaun made Tegan's bed?,
The boys stand at the back, and they are very quiet,
They don't even curse, Tegan thinks it's a riot,

They've "Danced in the dark" throughout their "Living Room,"
They've cried "Alligator" tears, and even hugged too,
Tegan wrote about "His Love," and also about "Hell,"
Sara's song got radio play, we all thought this was swell,

Sara loves Rihanna and also Alicia Keys,
The only way to describe this is "a Love Type Thing,"
Tegan "hears noises" and Sara's "All You Got,"
This poem's not close to over, and the Twins are very hot,

They "felt it in their bones" with a man named Tiesto,
When fans jump on stage, it causes a fiasco,
We would all "Hop a Plane" to "Vancouger" or Montreal,
Just to run into the twins, hang out and have a ball,

They found a "Forest Fone" when they were lost in the woods,
Before they went to New Orleans and "practiced their Sainthood,"
Tegan is always tweeting up a storm,
When they go outside, they fans will surely swarm,

Tegan Rain Quin is the oldest of the two,
Watch out for feisty Sara, she'll use martial arts on you,
The girls are pretty short, they are barely 5'3,
They are INCREDIBLE ROLE MODELS for you and for me,

This poem is dedicated to Tegan and Sara Quin,
And is also wishing a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to them,
On this day the fans will shout and holler,
And we'll think to ourselves "What the fuck is a baller?!"
