He is not reading he is naming objects on the page by looking at the pictures. Reading is when you READ text with no pictures. LOL He is smart, but he is not reading! I think it is average for a 14 month old to be able to point out things and name them. Like "Kitty" and "Mom" or "Dad" if they see them.

Very well. If he is only 14 months old and can identify and read like that which is not many tolddlers can do. Thanks for sharing.

SMART BABY!!! People are just mad that they're babies are ahead of the curve. My little niece is putting words together at 13 months and she recognized pictures, colors, and she even knows the dog's name (Bovice) lol....
