This is Part 2-- in this video series, Athena shares her thoughts about headaches and demonstrates some cranio sacral and lymphatic techniques that help to relieve the pain and anxiety caused by headaches. Migraines can be very painful and can result from different underlying issues. As she shows you how to give a relaxing, healing massage, she goes into further detail about how cranio sacral work on the spine, neck, and skull can assist in relieve headache pain.

She discusses deep and soft tissue work, how to unwind the body and allow it to lead you. For a true relaxation massage, it's important to respect the body. Deep relaxation from massage may require several techniques- Swedish, Deep Tissue, Soft Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, etc.

You can't make a statement like "we shouldn't drink water because fluoride is toxic" without providing any evidence. Yes, exposure to high levels of fluoride can lead to poisoning, but not in the quantities present within the water supply. All your doing by regurgitating this misinformation is spreading a lack of understanding and, whether you consciously or not, committing hypocrisy, since the only people aided by it are those involved in your industry.
