  • After 40 years of HCV, I realized eating 3 cups of greens in one sitting was Over Eating for me.

    I bought a juicer intended for greens (low RPM) and I'm juicing 6 cups of greens a day instead. Red cabbage, romaine lettuce, parsley, beet greens, kale (not my favorite), celery... I juice greens into a cup with a gram of Vit C (slows oxidation).

    I find that this increases my appetite, and I am now experiencing HUNGER instead of a bottomed out blood sugar that has been normal for years.
