I was giving a lecture at this gallery. This is a bizarre, large installation called WHEN WE BUILD, LET US THINK THAT WE BUILD FOREVER. Yes, that's Tate Modern in flames. The 'music' is the first bar of Beethoven's Ninth by Walter Carlos from A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, dragged out to last 11 minutes.
