This video was taken my by surgeon on Monday, 11/03/2008.
Basically, I felt massive amounts of pain in my abdomen on Sunday night while studying for midterms. Well, I went to class the next day, took my midterms, and bailed out and ditched class to head to my general practitioner.
After he did some preliminary examinations, he told me I needed to hit the emergency room and get some other tests done right away.
After all that, they concluded I had appendicitis. Surgery was required SAME DAY or I could have ruptured my appendix and died.
Now I'm in recovery and doing better.
The footage is pretty awesome though, right?
UPDATE:
I've been out of recovery for almost 2 months now and I'm back to 100%. Have some minor scarring on my abs but nothing too major.
Thanks god all that's over!
UPDATE 02/05/2010:
I've been recovered for quite a while now! My how time has passed. There are virtually no scars where the incisions were made. I give my Surgeon an A+ for sure.
Also, feel free to rate the video. Almost over 30k views and only 28 actual ratings. I'm a bit shocked!

OMG.. bless d world.. I had my appendicides operation two days back.. Thank god all z well,, m recovering :)
But I was fortunate that everything handled on time.. M okay now, just learning to walk again ;) :)

@ThePredator1256 mines was ruptured so badly. the surgeon said it was the worst he has seen in his medical experience. i was in the hospital bed for more than a month and still im surviving. btw mines took place in Canada.

i had my appendix out but not laparoscopicly, and it didnt hurt that much after at all. It just leaves a bigger scare, but its not that much bigger.
