Participant has 90 seconds to get the bag and body over the obstacle as many times as possible. In this example a 60# bag was used. It generally leaves the person gasping for air and is a good example of a drill that has aspects favoring heavier people (bag toss) and lighter people (vaulting).

  • crossfit is bullshit...i like the whole idea about "functional" but your so called pulled ups are not at all...u use momentum to throw yourself over.....how is that functional u twat faces
