In 2008, NH governor John Lynch vetoed a medicinal cannabis bill which was rewritten to his specifications. The bill came within two senate votes of overriding his veto, but ultimately failed. In 2011, a bill even more restrictive than the 2008 version overwhelmingly passed the New Hampshire house, but was tabled in the senate due to continuing concerns from John Lynch. He has yet to lay out what his specifications are before he will allow relief to those suffering through illnesses including chemothearpy and HIV/AIDS.

  • Gov John Lynch is a ignorant tard, why does he want to keep arresting sick people? VOTE RON PAUL For Real Change.

  • Just announced: Lynch will not be seeking a fifth term.

  • typical politician......

  • This governor has a very manly voice.

  • He is a small man who seems to hate sick people.

  • Too bad he wouldn't answer. Doesn't ingratiate him with voters with he intentionally avoids answering.
