The stoneware jar form part one is completed. It is decorated with handles and texture, a handle is attached to the lid and the lid is fitted to the jar. A completed and glazed piece is shown at the end of the video.
I really prefer the gallery for the lids vs a lid that sits on top of the piece, but the risk of the glaze of the lid fusing to the pot during firing is high, do you take any special consideration to avoid this since you have so much extra time put into the piece with the carving and handles ect.
