I find it very hard to cut sugar completly out of my diet, because it seems to be in everything from my oatmeal and cereal to my canned veggies...could you please help me out here..Thanks in advance :0)

Im not allowed to the gym, and i dont have any wieghts and shizz at home and cannot afford it, all i have is a bike machine. I am gonna do and 30mintues to and hour a day, twice a day+ run 5 miles a day also im 138 pounds and wanna get down too 120, maybe 125... my hieght is 5'2 so i wanna lose 20 pounds, or more. How long is this gonna take? Also i will drink water and follow all your other tips! Please answer this- do you have any other pointers or tips?x

@98LOVEORHATE on youtube type in yoga or tae bo cardio these are exercises you can do at home and it is pretty much the same as going to the gym. Pick a workout routine that works for you and do it twice a day ^_^

@LilMaExquisite honestly I don't remember. As long as you eat healthy and watch your portions and stay away from the "what not to eat" list while working out you should reach your goal! don't get hung up on the calories so much. you burn them in your sleep ^_^
