hey i stretche evryday im 35 years old , my stradlle split improved but i do it onli warmed up ,,when im cold im more stiffer than anyone who never practised sport ...tips plz

Might wat to fix the sound.... They lips and sound don't match, Bad dubbing? Or tryin' for a Shaw brothers movie effect?
