oh how much do i really LOVE this song as well as i love Sinead - just know shocked by herlatest tend to commit the suicide...OMG WHY this tender, gentle, noble kind so has to suffer so much???!!! On the documentary available on her dvd “Goodnight, Thank You, You've Been a Lovely Audience” she tells all about this song and most of the others from Sean Nos Nua. I'm so happy to see the videos for this wonderful album [Sean-Nos Nua] appearing on YouTube. Sinead completely owns this tune, here; I'm not sure I have ever heard such tenderness, sadness and delicacy in a performance of it - and traditionally it's sung by a man.

'Lord Franklin', on the same album, is even *more* heartbreaking. Beware.
