Why call it Christian music if it only excludes people from listening to it?
I understand the full good intention of labeling something christian music, but it only seems to close of a chunk of the population from listening to it rather than really doing any good. It's good to be honest about your faith, but also important to include people who don't believe in God in your music. I'd feel it moreappropriate to call them a christian band that plays music that reflects their beliefs

We saw these guys live last night in Sioux City. They were the kick-off band for David Cook. I had never heard of them before last night. Now all I can say is WOW!

I agree, they are awesome. I worked at Liberty University where both bands have played and I've had the opportunity to meet and talk with both bands. There is no ruse, they may not live like cookie cutter christians, or may even drink (heaven forbid) but they definitely believe what they say/write. All are really nice guys, not stuck up at all.

YHWH refers to the True God, not to the Cult of Yahweh. The purpose of a Christian's life is to glorify God, this band may or may not be Christians, but if this song glorifies God, then it is worth being called "Christian Music."
