Hooping for Beginners - A Hybrid Hooping Journey

Hybrid hooping is where circus hula and contemporary hoop dance meet. Learn to move your body inside a single hoop with rhythm and flow then take the challenge further by adding off the body and multiple hoop tricks. In this series of lessons you will learn key techniques to create a solid foundation in both movement forms. This includes the basics of on and off body moves as well as an introduction to splitting hoops up and down the body and spinning two hoops in the hands. Over 90 minutes you will receive 3 lessons, 37 tricks and moves and a 10 minute Hoopaholic performance piece.
